Not such a new concept yet not many companies seem to be advertising through blogs, having a personal official company blog can help bring massive amounts of traffic to your businesses website. Just writing on a weekly or even a bi-weekly basis will let Google, Yahoo and other bots to come search through your posts.
To get started, you can install a blog script such as (WordPress, PHPBlog, SuperSimple) and many others. Start off by writing a nice welcome post letting your potential clients understand what you are about and what you plan on writing in upcoming blog entries. We have recently pioneered a new development for blog entries, our clients will be able to write reviews as well as personal blog entries and have their own section to HostSign’s official blog page.

Do you have a personal preference for your technical support questions? Most people that we have talked to for this article hate waiting on hold, or dialing option 1 or 2 to get to a certain place. But they also think having to go online and chat with a live support person is not much better.

Having e-mail as your main contact connection can cause many issues, some customers either don’t have an email account yet or chose their hosted (.com .net .org) website as their email provider. And the reason they’re contacting support is becuase their website is down, obviously their email will be down as well since the server is down. So having a second backup contact such as a phone number or live online support chat as a way of contacting support helps.
